Our Response

To Our Community

We want to reassure you, amidst the possible health threat related to the novel coronavirus, that your mental and physical health and safety is our number one priority.

We're committed to maintaining a clean and safe space for therapy. In addition to normal procedures, we are now disinfecting surfaces of the office several times per day.

In order to protect all clients and staff and prevent the spread of infection, we ask that anyone who

  • is experiencing cold, fever or flu-like symptoms
  • has traveled to a CDC Level 2 or 3 area in the past 14 days
  • has had close contact with someone who traveled to a CDC Level 2 or 3 area in the past 14 days

please reschedule your appointment, or schedule a telehealth or video call appointment.

Telehealth and video sessions are available to most adolescent and adult clients. Additionally, you may also request an outdoor or walking session from your therapist.

For our younger clients who utilize the play therapy room, we are taking extra precautions. Depending on the age of the child, limited alternative options for session are available.

We will continue to keep you informed of any updates related to Vale Counseling Center you should be aware of.

Thank you for your continued support!
