Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has over 15 years of experience in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, body image concerns, trauma, grief, relationship hardships, identity struggles, and low self-esteem. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings treating adults as well as adolescents and their families. Natalie believes that with all the wonderful things life has to offer, it also brings with it some roadblocks and challenges. Her hope is to help individuals work through these challenges so that they may thrive, not just survive. Natalie thoroughly enjoys helping people navigate and conquer the unique challenges that come with the different seasons of life.

Natalie believes in a nurturing approach to therapy; she provides compassion for her clients as well as the accountability that we all need to grow. Natalie utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and a Humanistic approach in her practice. She strongly believes that individuals deserve a unique approach that caters to their specific needs and goals.

Natalie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in psychology from Texas A & M University in 2006 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University in 2008.

Natalie hopes each person she works with leaves therapy with valuable insights and skills to live a meaningful and purposeful life. Most importantly of all, Natalie hopes that her clients recognize their inherent value and have confidence that their lives matter.

Natalie values self-awareness and views the Enneagram as a valuable tool to help people develop the self-knowledge they need to understand who they are and why they see and relate to the world the way they do. **Coaching is different from and not a substitution for therapy although it can be a great supplement to therapy.**

Natalie was born and raised in Dallas and is married with two toddlers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, hosting friends and family, and staying active. She also enjoys checking out local coffee shops and restaurants.
